Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through customerservice@minimatchme.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (wrong design, style/colour/sizes) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mini Match Me will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, Mini Match Me will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. No need to send back the incorrect goods, and you get to keep it. 

Change of Mind

We are not able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
